Work Performed:

The Food & BeverageAttendantwill be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

• Complete the sanitization/disinfection/cleanliness of work area, including counter tops, utensils, equipment, and refrigerationequipment;

• Present complimentary breakfast reception by obtaining supplies, clearing dishes, wiping table, restocking buffet area.

• Provide a high level of customer service, including resolving customer concerns in a warmand professionalmanner;

• Able toperform the duties ofa complimentary bartender, busser, cook, or serverasneeded;

• Knowledge of menus, presentation, and preparationmethods;

• Ensure that all food is stored in proper containers and at proper storage and holdingtemperatures;

• Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be in risk of cross-contamination, keepingcompartment sink, side boards, and refrigerators clean andsanitized;and

• Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience

• Previous food service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Food Safety Training certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment.

• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbsoccasionally and 15lbs regularly

• Ableto bend and squat repeatedly

• Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift

• Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, nightsweekends and holidays
