Job Summary

Deliver and serve food at employee meals on scheduled event days under the supervision of the Premium Catering Manager. Set up and serve at functions; clean event areas during and after events; break down setups and leave areas neat; return leftover food and equipment to the catering facility promptly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and menu tags.
• Set up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean location after events.
• Return food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility.
• Maintain catering facilities and equipment.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
