Job Description

A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and maintain hotel profitability.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks when required.
• Maintain and transport housekeeping supplies.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.

• Perform guest turn-down service as needed.
