Job summary

Agape of Appleton is seeking full-time Overnight Caregivers in Fond du Lac. You will work a rotating 7 nights on / 7 nights off schedule, with 26 weeks off per year while maintaining full-time status.

Starting pay ranges from $16 to $20.60 per hour, based on experience and position placement. Duties include assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring safe, dignified care. Paid trainings, benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered.

• Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents.
• Strong passion for helping others with disabilities.

Want to work only 26 weeks out of the year—but still be a FULL-TIME employee? How about taking a 3-week vacation and only needing to request 7 nights off? Agape is now hiring FULL-TIME Overnight Caregivers at our Fond du Lac locations with a 7 nights on, 7 nights off rotating schedule.

That’s right—you work 7 nights on, then get 7 nights off, while still maintaining full-time status. That adds up to 26 weeks off throughout the year! If you love having larger blocks of time off for vacations, family, hobbies, or just relaxing, this schedule may be a great fit for you.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to stay awake the entire shift.
• One requirement of this position is to attend paid pre-scheduled mandatory trainings at our corporate off in Appleton.
