Agape of Appleton, a nonprofit human services agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (also known as Caregivers) to join our team. With a starting wage of $16–$17 per hour, you'll have the chance to create meaningful, lasting connections while supporting adults with differing abilities in a dynamic, 8-bed coed residential home. (The nursing home and assisted living feel in a smaller setting.)

Now hosting weekly open interviews in Appleton on Thursdays from 9am to 3pm CT.

About the Role

In our fast-paced, accessible home, you will provide critical daily support, help individuals live fuller lives, and thrive in a task-oriented environment. Experience with durable medical equipment is a plus, but we offer paid training to ensure you are fully confident and prepared.

What you will do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, bathing, toileting, and transportation.
