Job summary

Oliver Inc. on Long Island, NY, seeks an experienced Folding-Gluer Operator for the 2nd shift. You will set up, operate, and monitor the folding-gluer line to deliver high-quality cartons efficiently.

Read job tickets, track materials, and perform preventive maintenance to keep uptime high. Ideal candidates have folding-gluer experience, familiarity with Bobst equipment, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in folding-gluer operations preferred.
• Experience with Bobst or similar equipment desired.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folding-gluer line while maintaining quality.
• Configure feeder, glue system, plow/fold plates, compression, pack station and inspection systems.
• Monitor run, adjust settings to correct variances and ensure carton integrity.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs; complete post-run cleanup.
• Read tickets, track materials, and keep accurate inventory.
