Job summary

Resource Label Group, LLC is seeking a Folder Gluer Technician to set up and operate Folder/Gluer machines, ensuring quality production. The role requires reading specs, following SOPs, and maintaining equipment with safety and teamwork at the core.

The ideal candidate will have five years of Folder Gluer Operator experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Overtime and shifts (days/nights/weekends) are required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of Folder Gluer Operator experience.
• Strong communication, administration and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; mechanical/technical aptitude; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Folder/Gluer machines.
• Read customer specifications, job tickets and follow standard operating procedures.
• Set up and tune equipment to reduce stops; maintain quality checks.
• Perform line clearance and housekeeping; ensure safety procedures.
• Train new employees and provide direction to machine crew.
• Be a technical resource to address inquiries and problems.
