Job summary

ForestSource in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated Gluer Operator to join a fast-paced, team-oriented plant. This role focuses on precise machine setup, quality checks, and adherence to safety and production standards to deliver consistent results.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement in a near state-of-the-art facility. Experience with gluing equipment and manufacturing basics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating a gluer or similar packaging equipment.
• Ability to perform quality checks and document results.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly.
• Commitment to safety protocols and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up glue machines for each run and adjust settings as needed.
• Monitor product quality and perform inspections.
