Job summary

Europal develops, designs and produces cardboard packaging solutions. As a Machine Operator, you play a key role in our production process, ensuring the folder gluer operates efficiently and delivers high-quality packaging solutions to our customers.

You take full responsibility for the folder gluer line, start up machines, adjust setups, monitor performance, perform quality inspections and palletise finished products.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator in an automated production environment.
• Experience with machine programming or machine setup is essential.
• You work independently and take initiative.
• You are flexible and willing to support production where needed.
• You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Taking full responsibility for the folder gluer production line.
• Starting up production machines.
• Changing machine setups according to production orders.
• Setting up and adjusting machine parameters.
• Monitoring production to achieve performance targets.
• Performing visual quality inspections on finished products.
• Making adjustments when deviations occur.
• Configuring and optimising machine settings.
• Palletising finished products.
