Great Northern Corporation in Oshkosh, WI is seeking to hire individuals to lead the 1st Assistant Operator and 2nd Assistant Operator in the setup and operation of machines to collate, fold and glue cartons to customer specifications within quality and efficiency standards.

The role offers $28.00 per hour, a 36‑hour schedule paid as 40, with a rotating crew schedule, overtime potential, and a benefits package including 401K, paid vacation, medical options, climate controls, and on-site health

Qualifications

• Experience leading small operator teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to set up and operate carton folding/gluing machinery to spec.
• Commitment to on-time, safe, and efficient production.
• Willingness to complete 2nd Assistant and 1st Assistant Training.

Responsibilities
