Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Fold & Glue Operator for a factory setting in Wisconsin. This role offers first or second shift opportunities with a pay range of $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

You will operate bindery equipment, read job tickets, adjust machines, inspect quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain equipment while upholding safety and production standards. Training on first shift, and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable and willing to learn.
• Strong mechanical and basic math skills.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Machine operating experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bindery experience is a plus.

Looking for a new long-term opportunity in a factory setting? Look no further. Opportunities on both 1st and 2nd shifts. Some machine operator experience and/or bindery experience is preferred.

Fold & Glue Operator
Pay: $18–20/hour based on experience

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM OR 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Training: 1st shift
