Job summary

Paycom is seeking a die cutting operator to set up and run die-cutting equipment in our Illinois facility. You will place dies, adjust pressures, monitor feeding and delivery, and maintain equipment while ensuring accurate product registration.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of die cutting, foil stamping and embossing experience, with the ability to read, write and perform basic math. Strong teamwork and safety awareness are essential in this shop environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.

Responsibilities

• Performs setup and make-ready on the machine.
• Accurately places dies into position.
• Adjusts pressure and feeding/delivery sections of the machine.
• Performs maintenance on equipment.
• Ensures proper registration of product coming off press.
• Loads product into feed section of press.
• Reports safety, quality, and productivity issues to management.
• Follows job tickets and completes paperwork.
• Instructs and trains others.
