Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Foil Operator in Womelsdorf, PA for a full-time third-shift role (10:45 pm–7:15 am, Sunday through Thursday with some Fridays). You will prepare Carle & Montanari foiling machines for startup, load products, thread foil, start the line, and monitor wrapping accuracy while maintaining a safe, clean workstation and recording quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Carle & Montanari foiling machines for safe and efficient startup.
• Load and align products into the feeder track using jog function.
• Thread and align wrapping foil through the feeder system to ensure proper placement.
• Start the machine and continuously monitor product feeding and wrapping processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform and record all required quality checks, ensuring data is accurate and submitted on time.
• Keep foiling fingers and wrapper guides clean and free from chocolate buildup to maintain wrap quality.
• Communicate machine downtime and causes clearly to management.
• Verify correct foil, bagger film, and legible date codes for scheduled production runs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety protocols.
• Take ownership of equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating as needed throughout the shift.
• Power down the line at shift end and submit all completed paperwork to the Supervisor or Group Lead.
• Attend all required meetings on time and comply with plant attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.
