Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a dedicated team member for a permanent 2nd shift role focused on sanitation, food safety, and equipment operation at our Green Bay facility. The position involves operating fluming equipment, relays of forklifts, and ensuring proper produce handling and rotation.

You will help maintain clean loading areas and collaborate with colleagues via radio communication. Starting pay is $25.29 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential, reflecting our commitment to competitive

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sanitation, food safety, and a safe working environment.
  • Operate, inspect, set up, adjust and perform basic maintenance on fluming equipment and related machinery.
  • Verify correct produce usage and maintain inventory and cleanliness of loading areas and machinery.
  • Communicate with colleagues over the radio and assist with occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • May drive occasionally; start up/shut down PPA system for flume and soak tanks.

Job Description:
About the role:
  • Ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environment
  • Operation, inspection, setup, adjustment, and basic maintenance of fluming equipment, relish cutting equipment, forklifts, hoppers, blanchers and desalt tanks
  • Verify that the correct produce is being used for each area of work, including produce rotation
  • Keeps inventory, loading areas and machinery clean
  • Collaborate with and communicate with colleagues over the radio
  • Occasionally lift items up to 50lbs
  • May drive occasionally outside in weather conditions
  • Start up and shut down of the PPA system for the flume and soak tanks. This includes capping the probes, and turning on and off the controller

Important details:

This is a permanent, full-time position on the 2nd shift. In accordance with the union contract, the current pay rate is $25.29 plus $.50 shift differential.
