A federal service support organization is seeking a FOIA Specialist to assist the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities include reviewing FOIA requests, collecting and organizing records, and ensuring compliance with information disclosure regulations. Candidates should have at least three years of FOIA Analyst experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver quality work under pressure. The position is full-time, with a pay rate between $32.36 and $37.29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Three years of FOIA Analyst experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Review incoming FOIA/PA requests and ensure they are complete.
• Search, identify, collect, and organize records.
• Scan FOIA support documents into the FOIAXpress database.

Connaissances

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Thorough knowledge of legal research tools

Hands-on familiarity with computer applications

Ability to deliver highest quality work under pressure

Formation

Bachelor's degree
