Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to drive product management and product-marketing initiatives for a federal agency engagement. You will coordinate across engineering, QA, marketing and sales to lead planning, development, and launches for SecureRelease features.

The role requires strong lifecycle experience, superb communication, and a proven ability to deliver ROI-focused programs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering.
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the SecureRelease product and planning across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and partnerships from ROI perspective.
• Assess competitor offerings and seek differentiation opportunities.
• Develop programs to ensure requirements are met and launched.
• Create production timelines across departments and manage deployments.
• Lead research, market analysis, and product launches; develop roadmaps.
• Translate strategy into detailed engineering requirements for prototyping.
• Create business cases, use cases, and revenue/ROI documentation.
• Define marketing objectives and sales strategies based on market data.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales for release success.
• Develop product positioning and messaging across market segments.
• Manage Release Notes, schedule walkthroughs, and client notifications.
• Schedule product deployment and manage feature-requests backlog.
