Job summary

CGS is seeking a FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to join our IT team supporting a large federal agency. You will lead product management and product marketing tasks across cross-functional teams to deliver SecureRelease.

The role emphasizes ROI-driven market research, collaboration with engineering, production, marketing, and sales, and driving the full lifecycle from concept to launch with a focus on differentiation and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering.
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong presentation and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Drive SecureRelease product and ROI-focused planning across cross-functional teams.
• Develop timelines across multiple departments.
• Lead product research, market analysis, competitive analysis, and launches.
• Translate strategy into engineering requirements for prototypes and final products.
• Create business cases, high-level use cases, and ROI documents.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales on development and release.
• Define product objectives for marketing communications plans.
• Manage release notes and product deployments.
