We seek a FOIA Associate | Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services [USTDA0013012] for Program Support on a contingent contract, located around Arlington, VA and the Mid-Atlantic region. This role supports USTDA and related Government and Public Services sector clients. The contract may be contingent or converted to a full-time W-2 position at ProSidian’s discretion.
JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services as a FOIA Associate in the Government and Public Services Industry focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as USTDA. Location: Arlington, VA and surrounding Mid-Atlantic region.
Centralize resources, optimize workflows, and deliver responsive administrative support to promote clarity, efficiency, and growth. The team provides streamlined administrative assistance, enhances resource access, and offers customized solutions to help organizations succeed.
Our initiatives aim to simplify information access, minimize administrative burdens, boost productivity, and deliver flexible support solutions to enhance organizational performance daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Foundational admin support for document control, data management, and team coordination in line with entry-level administrative and Information Resource Center roles. Activities include connecting people and knowledge through proactive information sharing and efficient administrative systems, centralizing resources, and delivering responsive support services to promote clarity and efficiency.
The role is located in the Mid-Atlantic region, primarily Arlington, VA. Worksite: 1101 Wilson Blvd., Suite 1100, Arlington, VA 22209-3901 (subject to change or remote work).
Education / Experience / Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of administrative management or relevant work experience
- Experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures
- Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements
- Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff
- Experience in information and records management
- Proficient in IT programs, databases, and computerized systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to innovative and quality customer service
- Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes
- Experience with federal travel regulations
- Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms
- Experience with other administrative services like office management, facilities management, human resources, and/or security
- Experience providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting AV equipment during events
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems
- College degree in business or information management and/or related certifications preferred
This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in Government and Public Services Sector and FOIA Associate roles, supporting IRC Administrative Support Services.
Skills
Primarily focused on program and project management support in daily activities within IRC Administrative Support Services. ProSidian requires personnel with the following minimum qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experienced with other IT tools as needed
- Ability to respond flexibly and provide rapid assistance in time-sensitive environments
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to obtain and retain a SECRET security clearance
