Job summary

NAOVI Novel Applications Inc is seeking a Journeyman FOIA Analyst to support government information requests, including releases under FOIA/PA and EO policies. Primary duties include handling complex cases, MDR/ADR tasks, and ensuring compliant documentation for public release.

Requirements include an active TSSCI with CI Polygraph, 5 years FOIA experience with clearance or 9 years without a degree, and strong writing skills for final correspondence and status updates.

Qualifications

• Active TSSCI with CI Polygraph clearance required.
• BS/BA or 9 years FOIA experience with no degree.
• Experience with FOIA PA MDR and ADR case processing; coordination and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to FOIA requests for review and release of information.
• Coordinate Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) and Automatic Declassification Review (ADR).
• Ensure thorough searches, documentation, and timely case actions.
• Submit final response letters within three business days of government approval.
• Track case status using agency tools and report progress.
