The role emphasizes maintaining service standards, staff training, and guest satisfaction while supporting marketing-driven promotions and event scheduling. The position requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience and a fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant/nightclub or similar setting.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety, and local regulations.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food/beverage outlets or portions of operations.
• Plan and organize work; communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist in creating innovative programs and promotions to market items and increase guest patronage.
• Monitor restaurant performance via guest feedback and financial results; initiate corrective action as needed.
• Manage inventory, security of monies, and control costs; participate in inventories.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability.
