Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to drive customer service, lead a team, and supervise micro kitchen activities. You will work with the GM and Executive Chef on programming and safety, ensuring high-quality food service and client satisfaction.

Job description

Hourly Wage

ISS Guckenheimer offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 per hour - $24.00 per hour.

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Key Purpose

The FOH Supervisor's purpose is to drive customer service, employee engagement, safety programs, signage, and provide micro kitchen supervision. They are responsible for satisfying the client and customer's needs by providing high quality, cost-effective food service operations. The FOH Supervisor shall participate and lead in establishing corporate employee training and development programs as instructed by the Food Service Manager or General Manager.

Key Accountabilities
  • Day-to-day support of all fronts of the house and micro kitchen activities
  • Tasks are assigned as needed by the Food Service Manager or General Manager
  • Must comply with all SERV Safe and HACCP programs and standards
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
  • Demonstrate an elevated level of accountability and self-awareness
  • Build teams to be customer-focused and solutions-oriented, all while being flexible in constant change
  • Maintain service standards and CPEs of the client
  • Maintain product inventory to established levels
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
  • Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
  • Employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
