Job summary

Culinary Khancepts is hiring to lead dining operations with a focus on hospitality, quality, and efficiency. The role oversees preshift leadership, staffing decisions, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining company standards across multiple brands.

The candidate will support scheduling, training, and daily team development in a busy restaurant environment, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead preshift on a shift-by-shift basis according to guidelines.
• Ensure hospitality and high-quality food/beverage presentation.
• Enforce all regulatory and company policies (TABC, safety, sanitation).
• Assist in scheduling and managing staffing levels and pars.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through daily reviews.

Responsibilities

• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Leads preshift on a shift‑by‑shift basis.
• Build a culture focused on providing every guest with an unforgettable dining experience through unmatched hospitality and the highest quality food and beverages.
• Enforces TABC regulations.
• Ensures product, restaurant and staffing presentation meet company standards.
• Assists in scheduling and meeting staffing pars.
• Assists management team in creating incentive programs, testing and training.
• Manages restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Communicates with other managers daily through management log.
• Completes all other assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Creates server sections and job assignments based on performance of team members.
• Constantly develops team members, including informal shift reviews and participates in daily one‑on‑ones.
• Communicates, enforces, and follows company policies, practices and procedures.
• Maintains and protects company assets.
• Complies with local, state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Follows all cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Able to multi‑task.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces.
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Food handler's card required according to local and/or state regulations.
