42 North Social House in Dexter, MI is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and act as keyholder for shifts. You will help manage guest experiences, supervise service staff, and ensure quality standards are met.

The role is an hourly position offering flexible schedules, meal benefits, and opportunities for professional advancement within the Mainstreet Ventures restaurant family. Prior FOH supervisory or shift lead experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Front of House experience is required.
• FOH Supervisor / Shift Lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Ensure high quality food is prepared and served to customers.
• Perform FOH supervisor responsibilities during shifts.
