Job summary

Roots Natural Kitchen is hiring a Front of House Shift Manager to lead the FOH team and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will train crew, supervise shifts, and uphold food safety while fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere.

• Prior restaurant management experience preferred.

• Collaborate with Leadership Team and crew to improve the workplace.
• Develop leadership skills across the team and connect with people.
• Provide excellent, hands-on training and support during onboarding.
• Lead and coach the crew to run great shifts with top service.
• Maintain focus on exceptional customer experiences and details.
• Ensure crew follows food safety practices at all times.
• Master front-of-house roles (line, grill, catering/app).
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude during shifts.
