Job summary

City Winery is seeking a Service Director to lead front-of-house operations across our restaurant, concert venue, and private events in Boston. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive profitability, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting.

Partnering with the Executive Chef and General Manager, you will manage staffing, scheduling, and service standards while maintaining compliance and financial results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume hospitality/venues.
• Proven leadership and budget management.
• Passion for hospitality, wine, food, and music.
• Able to multi-task in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of City Winery hospitality standards.
• Lead front-of-house operations and guest experiences.
• Drive labor planning, scheduling and payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef for service excellence.
• Coach managers and develop hourly team members.
• Monitor KPIs and drive sales in beverage, food, and retail.
