We are looking for an experienced, people-focused Restaurant Manager who knows how to lead a team, create a great guest experience, and keep a busy restaurant running smoothly.
At O.H.S.O., an effective manager does more than oversee a shift. You’ll set the tone for the team, communicate clear expectations, coach employees, recognize great performance, and step in wherever support is needed. We are looking for a confident, approachable leader who builds trust, holds the team accountable, and helps employees grow and succeed.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to oversee front-of-house operations, maintain service and safety standards, manage labor and inventory, and help the restaurant meet its sales and operational goals. And because dogs are a big part of the O.H.S.O. experience, you should enjoy having four-legged guests around!
