Compass Group on the University of Minnesota campus is hiring immediately for a full-time FOH Lead Supervisor to oversee frontline dining operations. The role requires prior coffee and bartending experience and involves day and evening shifts with some weekends.

You will monitor food service production, manage inventory, ensure quality, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. The position offers medical benefits, shopping discounts, free meals, and holiday pay, with competitive hourly wages

Job Summary
