Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed at the University of Minnesota is hiring for a full-time FOH Lead Supervisor to oversee the food service operation and ensure top-quality products and service. This on-campus role requires working weekdays, evenings, and some weekends with a pay range of $25.00–$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior coffee and bartending experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory to maintain high value and minimize waste.
• Ensures staff are on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing and ensures signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds company and client policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
