Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Food Unit Lead at Micron in San Jose, CA. This full-time role requires front-of-house operations experience and strong leadership to coordinate staff and deliver quality dining experiences for customers and visitors.

Location is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $26.50 per hour, with internal referral bonuses and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have front-of-house operations experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of cafe operations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of food-service staff and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee food and beverage service following company standards for presentation and safety.
• Assist in menu planning and scheduling; ensure timely meal service.
• Train employees and coordinate work to maximize efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports including inventory and payroll where required.
