Job summary

Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries – Flowers Plantation is seeking strong leaders to guide a team, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will lead by example and take ownership of both people and performance.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training and coaching team members, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, and supporting scheduling and inventory. Previous restaurant leadership and a commitment to high standards are preferred.
