Job summary

Fire Bowl Café, founded in Austin, Texas, is hiring Front of House Team Members for locations in Round Rock, Arbor, Lakeline, and Brodie. You’ll perform Food Runner, Cashier, and Expo duties, delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. Shifts are part-time with generous tips, flexible scheduling, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and dependable with a willingness to help teammates.
• Able to learn and understand the menu and follow instructions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and able to adapt quickly.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in Front of House roles.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler’s Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting guests and answering menu questions.
• Work across Front of House positions (Food Runner, Cashier, Expo) with timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment according to procedures.
• Support smooth restaurant operations during busy periods and high guest volume.
• Collaborate with team and communicate clearly with restaurant staff.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach to support overall restaurant success.
