Roberta’s in Nashville is seeking a friendly Counter Person to join our fast-paced team. You’ll take orders, operate the cash register, serve pizza, restock supplies, and keep your station clean while delivering outstanding hospitality.

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a variety of tasks which include:

• Accurately taking orders, operating the cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
• Serving pizza and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness of the station and any side work as needed
• Any prep work that needs to be done in a timely manner
• Expo duties, ensuring orders are properly prepared and ready for customers
• Delivering exquisite customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience
• Be a self starter and able to anticipate needs
