Job summary

Phil's BBQ is seeking a friendly Busser in California to support dining room operations and guest service. You will greet guests, assist with tableside needs, and help maintain the flow of the dining area with beverages and condiments.

As a Busser, you will remove used items, provide to-go containers, reset tables between parties, and ensure booths, chairs and surrounding floors are clean and ready for the next guests. This role values quick service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced dining environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with tableside dining needs: plates, utensils, bibs, napkins, beverage refills, condiments.
• Remove items from tables as guests finish dining, provide to-go containers, wet naps and plastic bags as needed.
• Clear, clean and reset tables and condiment stock, as well as clean booths, chairs and surrounding floor area for the next party.

BUSSER The Busser is integral part of our BBQrew and plays an essential role to the success of the guest dining experience at Phil’s BBQ. The Busser greets and assists guests with their tableside dining needs such as plates, utensils, bibs, napkins, beverage refills, and condiments. Busser continues to provide legendary customer service by removing items from the table as guests finish their dining experience, provide to-go containers for any leftovers, wet naps and plastic bags as needed. Upon departing, the Busser removes any remaining dirty tableware, clears, cleans and resets tables and condiment stock as well as clean booths, chairs and the surrounding floor area as needed for the next party. We see our team of bussers as the concierge of legendary service.
