Job summary

Phil's BBQ in Santee, CA is seeking a friendly Cashier to assist guests with ordering and payment, while ensuring accurate checkout and smooth takeout service.

You will educate customers on our menu, handle POS transactions, bag orders, and support quick service that reflects Phil's Way. The role rewards hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail; prior cash handling is a plus. Phil's BBQ is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Not only do our cashiers take food orders and collect payment for food orders, but they also educate customers on menu items, the ordering process, fulfill and expedite food orders, and “bag” takeout orders.
