Parfait Paris in Mission Hills, San Diego, is seeking a friendly, reliable barista to join our team. You’ll welcome customers, craft coffee drinks, and prepare crepes and sandwiches in a fast-paced environment on-site. Prior hospitality or food service experience is a plus.

We offer a competitive wage of $17.95/hour plus tips (averaging around $19-23/hour) and one complimentary employee meal per shift. Flexible, part-time shifts allow growth as our stores expand in the San Diego area.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in service.
• Excellent communication and active listening with customers.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and reliability.
• Punctual, honest and dependable in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers.
• Promote and sell our French cuisines and desserts.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Openings/Closingside work before or after shifts.
• Demonstrate barista skills: cappuccino, latte, espresso, etc.
• Prepare crepes and sandwiches and address customer concerns.
