Job summary

Parfait Paris in Mission Hills is seeking a Store Coordinator to warmly welcome customers and help deliver a top-notch dining experience. The role focuses on upselling our French pastries and sweets while handling cash and transactions.

This part-time position requires weekend and holiday availability, with opportunities for growth as the company expands across the San Diego area. Barista skills and prior shift-lead experience are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers.
• Suggest French cuisines and desserts to customers to increase sales.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Open and close shifts with side work.
• Place end-of-day orders on our online platforms.
• Address customer complaints.
• Barista skills to prepare cappuccino, latte macchiato, mocha, espresso.
• Make crepes and sandwiches.
• Find coverage for shifts when needed.
• Be the point of contact when the Store Manager is not present.

Responsibilities include
