Job summary

Siemens and Russelectric, A Siemens Business, in Hingham, MA, seek a Focus Factory Manager to lead Fabrication, Machining and Base Assembly operations. You will manage 50–60 indirect reports, drive Lean improvements, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional teams, budget planning, and implementing digital factory initiatives to enhance productivity and reliability in critical power systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing/factory operations with Lean and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Clear, logical communication at all organizational levels.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with automation and digital manufacturing technology preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred (beneficial).
• SAP knowledge preferred.

• Support your team to continually identify and eliminate waste from the manufacturing processes by applying Lean Manufacturing concepts and digital factory technology.
• Develop, maintain, and use scorecards and critical metrics to monitor performance, support decision-making, and drive improvement across all operational areas.
• Conduct team resource planning, staffing, training, communication and performance management.
• Develop an annual budget and manage alignment to it.
• Champion an environment of partnership and a focus on achieving results within your team and across peer groups.
• Deliver effective Change Leadership to drive business improvements.
• Lead performance by providing frequent feedback and mentoring team members to achieve plan goals.
