Job summary

Rogers-Corporation is seeking a team-based role responsible for supporting production goals in silicone foam manufacturing. You will set up and monitor parameters, perform in-process inspections, and ensure material availability while coordinating with multiple departments.

The role includes recording run documentation, maintaining product traceability, and participating in new-hire training. This position reports to the supervisor and operates on a day-to-day basis on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; may consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education.
• 1+ year of relevant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor manufacturing parameters for safe, efficient production of silicone foam.
• Perform and record in-process inspection/testing for product traceability and run documentation.
• Ensure sufficient raw material base is available to meet daily production demands.
• Communicate with quality, shipping and value added teams regarding product quality and material availability.

• Participate in the training of new employees.
