Job summary

FXI is seeking a dependable manufacturing associate to join our production team. This role involves following safety guidelines, maintaining quality, and supporting daily operations across shifts. You will read SOPs, report production data, and assist with BOM audits and pilot runs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read SOPs and work instructions and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and housekeeping guidelines and participate in FXI Safety Program.
• Support safety, quality, productivity and efficiency of the department.
• Read and follow SOPs and work orders; track daily production and BOMs.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality on pilot runs and BOM audits.
• Maintain accurate BOM logs and report production using computer systems.
