Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety regulations and use provided safety equipment.
• Understand ISO 9001 requirements.
• Prepare and start/stop production runs.
• Operate conveyors, mixers, and related equipment.
• Monitor production variables and foam quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow 5S.
