Job summary

Adient plc in Romulus, MI is seeking a Production Operator for the Romulus Foam facility. The role involves inserting frames, wires, velcro, foam blocks, and cloth into molds just before pouring foam, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You'll join first or third shifts (6am-4:30pm or 7:30pm-6:00am) with competitive pay starting at $18.40–$19.15 per hour plus shift premiums, ample holidays, PTO after 90 days, tuition reimbursement, and a solid 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: any combination of training and work experience indicating ability to perform insert tasks.
