Job summary

Staffmark Group in Wheaton, MN is hiring a Foam Molding Operator. Pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, with a 7am-5pm shift. No foam molding experience required; training is provided.

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Entry-level position with opportunities to learn and grow within a manufacturing team. We’re seeking dependable, motivated individuals who work well in a team, follow safety policies, and contribute to meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Entry-level position. Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Candidates must be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in the foam molding department to produce quality parts.
• Paint and trim molded products according to customer specifications.
• Learn paint templates, patterns, and material changeover procedures.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with production planning and prioritizing daily work needs.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
