Staffmark Group in Wheaton, MN is hiring a Foam Molding Operator. Pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, with a 7am-5pm shift. No foam molding experience required; training is provided.

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Entry-level position with opportunities to learn and grow within a manufacturing team. We’re seeking dependable, motivated individuals who work well in a team, follow safety policies, and contribute to meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production planning and prioritizing daily work needs.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Looking for a dependable, hands‑on opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in Wheaton, MN? We're seeking reliable individuals who are eager to learn, work as part of a team, and build a career in production manufacturing. No prior foam molding experience required. Training is provided!

Job Duties:

Physical Capabilities:

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Use trimming scissors, paint guns, trimmers, calculators, and other basic tools
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment
