Job summary

Adient Foam Romulus is hiring for production roles with long shifts and overtime opportunities. The position entails inserting frames, wires, and foam into molds before pouring foam, with other tasks as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be capable of meeting safety regulations. This role includes standard 10-hour days, 4–5 days per week, with possible weekend work.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of skills to carry out the insert tasks.

Responsibilities

• Insert appropriate frames, wires, velcro, foam blocks, cloths, etc. into molds just prior to pouring foam.
• May perform other jobs as required.
• Production department housekeeping and coverage for absenteeism.
