Adient Foam Romulus is hiring for production roles with long shifts and overtime opportunities. The position entails inserting frames, wires, and foam into molds before pouring foam, with other tasks as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be capable of meeting safety regulations. This role includes standard 10-hour days, 4–5 days per week, with possible weekend work.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Starting rates are $18.40-$19.15 plus applicable shift premiums. What\'s in it for you?
1st shift 6am-4:30pm
3rd shift 7:30pm - 6:00am
Majority of time in a production environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to bend, walk, balance, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift, push or pull up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Standard work hours will consist of 10 hours per day, 4-5 days per week on an assigned shift. Schedule hours may be altered as required by the training needs of employees or equipment breakdown. Ability to work overtime or irregular hours to include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as requested.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
