Job summary

The Brewer Company is seeking an Operator for specialized foam cutting equipment, including Splitter, Horizontal, Vertical, and Reciprocating Saws, and forklift operation. You will collaborate across departments to support fabrication and quality policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, the ability to read drawings, and experience in manufacturing or related trades. This is a hands-on role in a busy floor environment with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings (blueprints).
• Experience in Manufacturing, Carpentry or Maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and use measurements.
• Excellent attendance and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate foam cutting equipment to meet job routing and quality standards.
• Provide training support for team of saw operators.
• Process materials efficiently to minimize waste while maintaining quality.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and safety procedures followed.
