Job summary

ECS Composites in Medford, OR is hiring for a FabPad assembler to build and assemble foam and cushion components following work instructions. You’ll measure, cut, shape, and fit foam, apply adhesives, and inspect finished parts for size, fit, and quality.

Training is available for the right candidate. This role operates Monday–Thursday with three-day weekends and occasional Friday overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• Experience reading work orders, drawings, and production instructions.
• Comfortable working with hands and performing precise, repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand and perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble foam and cushion components according to instructions.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape, and fit foam materials.
• Apply adhesives and assemble foam pieces.
• Use templates and measurements to ensure accuracy.
• Read and follow production orders and drawings.
• Inspect finished cushions for size, fit, and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work with the team to meet production goals.
