Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Ability to read and interpret part drawings and work instructions.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality mindset.
• Ability to work with fabrication equipment and various tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Layout and assemble foam sub-components for new and repeat orders.
• Operate foam fabrication equipment and control quality inspections.
• Maintain production records and safe, organized work areas.
