Job summary

Federal Foam Technologies in New Richmond, WI is seeking 2nd Shift Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. You will read prints and work orders, use a tape measure, and operate fabrication equipment on a Monday-Thursday schedule, 3:30pm–1:30am. Starting pay is based on experience, with opportunities to advance within a fast‑growing company.

We value reliability, problem solving, and clear communication. A HS diploma or GED is required; manufacturing experience is preferred.

Federal Foam Technologies, a leader in foam fabrication, is looking for 2ndShift Production Operators to join their team in New Richmond, WI.

Work 4 days and have 3-day weekends!

Hours are Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 1:30am. Starting pay is based on experience.
