The selected provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan in an outpatient setting, with opportunities for professional growth and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Primarily outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat and manage a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions within the scope of practice in Wyoming.
